The words heal, health, and holy come from the same word meaning “whole”.
The word sacred means “to make holy” - i.e. “whole”.
Indigenous wisdom teaches that all things share a sacred connection to a single, unified whole, and each one of us bears a responsibility to honor this bond by seeking to balance our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, as well as our relationships to ourselves and all things within the whole.
